🛍️ Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or damaged items unless they arrived faulty or defective.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer).

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
🚚 Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof at info.teslacosmetics@gmail.com. We will replace or refund the product at no cost to you.
