At Teslacosmetics, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across Pakistan. Please read the following details to understand how shipping works for your purchases.

๐Ÿšš Delivery Areas

We deliver all across Pakistan, including:

  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.)

  • Smaller towns and remote areas (delivery times may vary)

๐Ÿ•’ Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3โ€“5 business days

  • Lahore (Local): 1โ€“2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

๐Ÿ’ณ Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: Rs. 250 nationwide

  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 2,500

๐Ÿ’ฐ Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

For COD orders, an advance of Rs. 250 (non-refundable) is required to confirm the order. This amount is adjusted in the total bill.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment/advance confirmation.

  • Once shipped, youโ€™ll receive a confirmation SMS/Email with tracking details (if available).

๐Ÿ“ท Proof of Delivery

We may request a delivery confirmation such as a delivery photo or your name and signature upon receipt.

โŒ Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender

If a package is returned due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • No response to rider/courier

  • Refusal to accept the parcel
    We reserve the right to cancel future COD orders unless prepaid.
